Australian Orders:
Express shipping $15.00 AUD flat rate
Standard shipping $10.00 AUD flat rate
Free standard shipping for orders over $350 AUD
Delivery between 1-5 days after dispatch. 

International Orders:
Express shipping $100 AUD flat rate
Delivery between 3-7 days after dispatch. 

Standard shipping $30 AUD flat rate
Delivery between 15-30 days after dispatch. 

 *Please note, all prices are exclusive of any import taxes and duties which may be charged to international orders. Payment of any relevant duties and taxes is the responsibility of the customer. We advise you to check your country's duties and taxes before making any purchase. 

IMPORTANT NOTE ON SALE ITEMS
Please note, on sale items are sold as "final sale" - meaning we will not accept change of mind returns on these items. You normal consumer right to a return for a faulty or incorrectly described item will still apply. We advise you check the product photos, description and size charts online carefully before making a purchase on sale items. Exchanges for size may be possible, if alternative sizing is available.  If alternative sizing is not available, we may offer a store credit note at our discretion. 

RETURNS
We provide an easy self-serve returns service. Please login to your order history on our website using the account icon in the top right corner of our menu,  using the email address you placed your order with. Eligible orders for return will be displayed and you can easily request a return here. For complex returns or exchanges or if the order you are trying to return does not appear, please reach out to customercare@romancewasborn.com 

Please note, we cannot accept returns for online orders at our retail store. They must be returned via the online store.
