Shipping policy
For shipping within Australia, we use Australia Post Express.
Once your parcel has been dispatched a unique tracking number will be sent to your nominated email address. You will be able to track your parcel by clicking on the link sent to your email once the order has been dispatched. Tracking numbers can take up to 24 hours to register with Australia Post.
Delivery within Australia via Express Post to metropolitan areas will usually arrive within 48 hours of dispatch to metropolitan areas. For regional areas, delivery is between 2 to 5 days.
For Worldwide International shipping, we use DHL Express.
Deliveries can be expected within 3-7 days from the date of shipment.

Local government taxes and duties incurred as a result of the shipment are payable by the receiver.
STANDARD SHIPPING CHARGES
Domestic Shipping (Australia Wide)
- Free Shipping on orders over AUD$300.00.
- Orders below AUD$300.00 shipping is AUD$7.50 per order.
International Shipping
- Flat rate of AUD$30.00 per order.
SHIPPING TIME
Australian Orders placed by Midday EST. Monday - Friday are shipped same day.
International orders are sent (Monday - Friday) the day after order placed.
Please allow 1-2 additional days for locations outside of metropolitan areas.
